Today, Senators Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) introduced the “Medical Device Access and Innovation Protection Act” and yesterday, Reps. Erik Paulsen (R-MN) and Ron Kind (D-WI) introduced the “Protect Medical Innovation Act.”    read more
