Rigid packaging supplier Berlin Packaging (Chicago) has acquired California-based Diablo Valley Packaging, making it the company’s second acquisition in three months and sixth since 2010. The recent purchase will expand Berlin’s footprint in California and the Pacific Northwest in order to better serve the food, beverage, and wine & spirits markets, as well as add $125 million in annual sales in the process.
