In 2012, M&G Chemicals, part of the Mossi Ghisolfi Group, announced plans to build the world’s largest PET integrated plant in Corpus Christi, TX. The PET plant throughput will be one million metric tons per year, with the PTA plant producing 1.2 million metric tons per year.
