The medical cluster in Tijuana, Mexico, continues to expand. Phase 2 Medical Manufacturing, headquartered in Rochester, NH, has announced the opening of a 30,000-sq-ft facility dedicated to contract manufacturing for medical device OEMs in the sprawling city across the border from San Diego, CA. The medical manufacturing and packaging plant includes a 3000-sq-ft- ISO Class 8 cleanroom, which will be used to assemble and package single-use medical devices.
