Hexpol, a relatively new supplier of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), announced that it will now offer optimized grades for use in blow molded medical devices. Elasto Sweden, part of the HEXPOL TPE group of companies, said it is targeting hollow parts such as bottles, balloons and bags, particularly versions currently made in latex or polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
