All Sites First, the good news: The annual rate of increase in average healthcare costs for a family of four with employer-provided PPO coverage is declining. The bad news? You’re still looking at a four-figure increase compared with 2013, from $22,030 to $23,215. That’s according to actuarial firm Milliman Inc.
