Increased demand for its made-in-China all-electric injection molding presses has prompted Japanese machine builder Nissei Plastic Industrial (Nagano) to initiate a relocation of its Taicang plant to larger premises. Speaking to PlasticsToday at the Chinaplas show currently being held in Shanghai, company president Hozumi Yoda said the move to a larger factory would be completed by December 2014 and boost production capacity to 90 per month (1080 annually).
