Materials company leads EU project to develop next-gen drug-eluting resorbable stents

A project to develop new biomaterials and arterial stents has been awarded €5.87 million by the European Union. Materials technology company Ceram will lead this research project that includes the collaboration of 14 academic and industrial partners.
