Toray Plastics to build a second cogeneration power facility

Toray Plastics has earmarked $22.7 million to build a second cogeneration system at its 70-acre North Kingstown, RI campus. All Sites Japan’s Panasonic Corp. is the latest Japanese auto parts supplier to be slapped with a heavy fine for charging inflated prices to US-based automakers.
