Nypro said that its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participants and shareholders have voted “overwhelmingly” to approve an acquisition by Jabil Circuit that was announced Feb. 4. The vote was announced at a special meeting of shareholders this morning at Nypro headquarters in Clinton, MA. Next Generation Films adds Varex blown film lines to accommodate growth

Next Generation Films is adding two high-output Varex blown film lines from Windmoeller & Hoelscher to accommodate an increasing demand for 3-layer roll stock. One line is currently being installed, while the other line is scheduled for a May 2013 installation. The 3-layer Varex now being installed has a 110-inch working width, grooved feed extruders (90.30/120.30/90.30D), Optifil P2 gauge control system, Multicool air ring and a 27.5-inch Maxicone C die.
