Essen, Germany-based Evonik Industries and Hönigsberg, Austria-based SECAR Technologie of Hönigsberg have established the LiteCon Advanced Composite Products joint venture whose aim is to mass-produce fiber-reinforced composite components for the automotive and aviation industries.
